Brooke established Level B in 2013, bringing her visionary approach to the basement finishing industry. Her journey in this field began in 2010, following her achievement of a degree in interior design in 2008. This academic accomplishment laid the foundation for her distinctive approach to design and construction. In addition to her interior design expertise, Brooke is a licensed contractor through the International Code Council. This credential underscores her comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations, ensuring that all her projects not only exhibit aesthetic excellence but also adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance. Renowned for her exceptional skills in both design and construction, Brooke stands out for her remarkable communication abilities. Her talent in effectively conveying ideas, understanding client needs, and coordinating with teams has been pivotal in establishing Level B as a leader in its field. Mait’s ability to design project plans is a culmination of his years of experience and diverse skill set. This practical knowledge, augmented by his academic background, and International Code Council (Contractor’s license), allows him to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.
